The Clubhouse
Members and visitors can relax in the comfort of the main lounge and dining area. The main lounge and patio area to the front of the clubhouse provide views across the course including the 18th green and 1st tee. Visitors are welcome in all areas of the clubhouse; we have no ‘members only’ areas.
The Spike Bar is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself before or after your round.
It is an informal area where you can have something to eat or drink as soon as you finish your round without having to change or remove your golf shoes.
It is very popular with members and visitors alike.
The Clubhouse Features
Cowglen takes great pride in its catering and bar operation, with an experienced and friendly team on hand to cater for every taste and occasion.
You can enjoy freshly prepared snacks and meals in the bar, dining room or ( weather permitting) sitting on the patio area, with views over the putting green, 1st, and 18th holes.
Angela, Catering Manager, and her staff always provide a warm welcome for everyone at Cowglen Golf Club. Angela heads an experienced team, providing a quality catering service, which consistently delivers high standards of service and food.
She can cater from small to large parties, annual and social functions, visiting parties and corporate golf days with a range of menu options, often tailored to personal taste and individual requirements.
The Locker Rooms
We recently invested in upgrading our locker rooms, toilets and shower facilities.
The enhanced facilities complement the course magnificently and combine to provide members, visitors and guests with pleasant and attractive surroundings.

I would definitely recommend Cowglen to any golfer having visited the course in August
2010.
The greens were in terrific condition and even though it was raining they
were still the
fastest greens we putted on all year. The course has many varied holes and will suit all standard of golfer.
The other thing about the course is that along with a
few other courses around Glasgow it offers great value for money with the green fees and catering costs being among the best around!!!
The catering staff and bar staff etc also make it an enjoyable day and make you feel at home..something other clubs could look at !!!!
We all had a great day...just a pity the team at the course couldn't organise the weather!
